  Tavernkeep is a npc that sells very useful stuff that is associated with the old one's army.He se ethernia crystal and th ethernia crystal stand. Place the ethernia cyrstal stand in a wide open area. Then place the ethernia crystal on the stand and trigger the old one's army. The dark mage is the first boss you have to kill she is the easiest. Then the ogre comes but only if you kill at least one mechanical boss. Then comes betsy but only if you kill golem. All the bosses drop powerful items.The bosses all drop items very useful at even end-game.besty is the most powerful and most useful-loot boss. They are not easy to beat without the proper weapons and accesories.You get lots of ballistas and build platforms above the cyrstal and put campfires there. So the old one's army is cleared so now I can talk about the martin maddness. You should always stay indoors and use a yoyo and avoid the lasers that the martin saucer shoots. You should play it safe and use campfires or heart lanterns. The martin saucer drops many usefull rewards. The goblin army is a events were it is recomended to dig trenches so the goblins who attack melee will fall in the trenches so you could kill them more easily. But you have charge or shoot at a distance for the goblin summons or the hexs. The pumkin moon will give you a good sword and some good armor. The frost moon The video will give more useful information and more events I am going to cover but this text gives ways to survive. The blood moon will be the most early-on event it will be hard for the newbies so be prepared. the tavernkeeper sells towers for the old one's army and armor for old one's army. He sells you them for a special curency called defender medals.
